Ray Xu served in the military before embarking on a career in materials engineering and corporate management. Over the years, he has developed strong technical expertise and managerial capabilities through extensive business experience across Eurasian countries.

Prior to founding Grand Pluvio Corporation, Ray served as Chief Operating Officer at a leading Chinese enterprise, where he was involved in numerous projects between China and Europe. In this role, he actively engaged with international financial institutions to facilitate project execution.

With decades of experience in international capital markets and a distinguished track record in investment structuring and cross-border finance, he now brings his financial expertise to Grand Pluvio Corporation.
